These are nylon adjustable collars with four blinking lights. They've been around our booth for a while, but batteries will be replaced prior to shipping. We've had several blinking in our shop for hours at a time on mulitple days without issues. If you're looking for a cheap nighttime collar for your dogs, this is it!
