I worked in a pet retail store that sold their leads, and after I left, I still remembered their products because of the wide array of colors they had. I recently placed a custom order for some ID tag collars for my two large dogs, and they were so helpful in explaining options and cost for each custom collar. They were always very responsive to my messages, and even when there was an error made on my initial order, they were on top of it and offered solutions before I even had to ask. Their excellent customer service more than made up for the error/delay, no doubt! I can’t wait to order more collars and leads from them!
