Herm Sprenger Fur saver collars and choke chains cannot be adjusted. It is very important to measure appropriately, for a proper fit. Some breeds have (ex. English Bulldog) a larger head, than their necks. In this case, the chain collar has to be large enough to slide over your dog's head.
